2. Refund Eligibility
a. Digital Products (e-books, recordings, courses, etc.)
- No refunds once access is granted or downloads are delivered however, you may reschedule your service session for a later date depending on availability.
b. Online/Offline Workshops or Courses
Refunds are allowed only if:
- The program is cancelled by us. You may reschedule at a later date depending on availability.
c. One-on-One Sessions / Consultations
- No refunds after the session has been paid for and processed.
- Rescheduling may be allowed with at least 24 hours notice.
d. Subscription Services
- You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
3. Service Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone sessions/programs.
If we cancel, you may choose:
- A full refund, or
- Transfer of fees to a future program/session
4. No-Show Policy
If a user does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
5. Payment Issues
If you are double-charged or experience a billing error, contact us within 7 days for resolution.
